Roadworks (2)

We're now in October, but things aren't finished yet!

The extensive road works in the nearby side street (which we rely on for access to our garage) were supposed to have been finished by now.   However, there's been a lull recently, after a stage when a lot happened (see http://no-cobwebs-gxh.blogspot.com.au/2012/10/roadworks.html).  Clearly the planned completion date hasn't been met. But we've now received notification that access is going to be restricted for a couple of days, so we hope that the final stage is about to occur.   We are looking forward to  getting this issue out of our lives!
 

Equipment lined up, so perhaps the end is nigh?
